Canaiolo Umbria IGT red wine – Le Poggette
After destemming and crushing, the vinification alternates pumping over and emptying for a maceration of about 25 days. The result is an excellent extraction of color and soft tannins.
Put to age in tonneaux for 15 months, it is finally aged in bottle and becomes one of the typical products of our food and wine offer.
On the palate it has an impact of soft and fruity tannins, thanks to the grapes of origin, well harmonized with those of the ripening wood that recall sweet licorice.
