Suatoni Italian EVOO is produced by cold pressing of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo e Rajo olives, which are harvested with hand and mechanical stripping.

The oil is extracted using a continuous cycle method, with cold pressing within 12 hours of harvesting.

Before sale, we give our oil to a laboratory for chemical analysis for certification and then to professional oil tasters, to give to our clients a high quality product.

Characteristics, use and size.

Intense golden yellow with greenish nuances is the color of our amazing olive oil. It has a medium fruity aroma and vegetal notes of artichoke with balsamic hints expressed with harmonious bitterness and spiciness.

We suggest using it with spelled appetizers, bruschettas, vegetables, vegetable salads, roast potatoes, bean purée, roast meat, grilled poultry and goat cheeses.
